|Return Policy: All returns must be accompanied with RA #; any product received without an RA # is subject to being rejected and returned to sender.
To receive an RA # please fill out the appropriate warranty claim form (below) and either email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to Innovative Scuba @ 719-597-4150.You will then be contacted by phone or email from our customer service department to issue you RA # or a credit.Warranty returns do not apply to products that have been lost, altered, broken or damaged by misuse, failure to follow instructions or normal wear, or accidental breakage. Only authorized Innovative Scuba products will be warranted. This warranty shall not apply to any defect or damage caused by unreasonable use of product.
